On vacation . Did not record or measure food or strength strain or morning routine. So small weight gain not too bad. Will get back on track. I have gotten in lots of walking.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
