I am doing something exciting tomorrow! I am booking an appointment for the BodPod. It measures your exact body composition! Hopefully I can book in for the afternoon no idea how busy they are! I'm really curious what the results will be! Will post it here!
119.0 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 May 2014:

BodPod. Never heard of it. I will have to google it.

I googled BodPod and their website would not load for me. Is everyone at FS trying to enter their website and crashing it? It might just be my computer is having host problems tonight. Maybe I can google it again tomorrow.
