I'm concentrating on my fiber and getting in fruits and vegetables. This has been an excellent week and I'm feeling good about it.

I didn't record it in the weigh in, but I actually went up to 151 pounds and I'm down to 149. Next week I expect to be back to 148 and stay there.

I'm also noting when and how I weigh myself. If I weigh myself on a Saturday after I've been up for a while on PC, reading, etc, but before eating, the scale shows a lower weight. I'm making sure to weigh myself before 9 a.m on weekends and before I go to the gym Mon - Fri. I think it will be a more accurate indicator of my weight and whether on not it's truly fluctuating significantly.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
