No change in weight and it is my own fault for not following my diet like I know it must be followed hand in hand with working out everyday so I'm pulling myself back in line with what has been working for me since September.
285.5 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 150.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Same for me Bea, I could be at my goal, or could have been long ago, keep sabotaging myself. The gym I belong to, has a nutritionist and I never took my free hour with her. Doing it tomorrow. I already know what I should and shouldn't be doing, but maybe she can give me extra incentive! Have a great day Bea, and don't beat yourself up. We are human, after all!

I have only been on this roll since November.Fell off for a bit then back on. No change in weight isn't a bad thing. Keep it up!
