i'am totally ready for the, eat more veggies challenge.i think it will really help w/ induction and get me used to this way of life.
283.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 123.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

i chopped up some spinach, tomato,cheese, and onion to put in my eggs this morning.
