hmmmm. my love points out that this diet is working when others have not. True.

I've been working hard to convince my brain and heart that women who turn 55 lose 75 pounds that year. Plus, I've been taking my liquid sea veggies and evening melatonin.

Whatever the combination, my weight seems to be dropping regularly.

Of course, there is the amazing addition on constant cabbage to my diet.

I have no idea why this seems to be working, but it is working, so onward!!
309.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
