Muscle Monday

Chest

Today was a great day for strength training! What with the weather just a tad too hot, (and the humidity a couple more too moist), (tads that is), it made the perfect conditions for blasting a muscle group for about an hour and a half.

I decided to re-visit the chest group. I need it the most, and quite honestly enjoyed the first go-round that it seemed the right thing to do.

Here's how it went....

After that I put in about three hours in the yard. And I feel great today.
