Ok let me put some context on the weight drop. On Saturday I was 143, and ya I blew up pretty fast so it makes sense I'm going to lose a lot of weight fast cause it's not had time to pack in.
Then on Sunday I switched to using my scale at home as opposed to my mother's scale, so probably some weight drop plus a different scale brought me to 140.
Now today, still on my scale which the next few weigh ins will definitely be on and here we are at 139...again i got a lot of water/ toxins i knew i had to get rid of. But the diet is fairly simple to follow except for the sugar and bread withdrawals.
Still not even a week in ad i'm 4lbs away from my goal for cycle one so that's definite motivation.
