I am doing a low carb diet. I am staying within 20 grams of carbs for the first 2 weeks.
I have a wonderful husband and a 7 year old step son who I cook for. They are carb addicts who would like to live on Mac n Cheese and popcorn.
I am trying to get my own health insurance but I have been rejected by Kaiser due to my weight and pre-existing high blood pressure. My ex husband and ex business partner has agreed to keep me on his insurance for another year but then I am on my own.
