So this was one crap of a week. Thankfully, I only gained like half a pound. Today was my last craptastic day, and I will start being stronger. It's still too hot to work out outside, but I'll be able to go to the gym in about a week and a half. :D
149.2 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
