every ounce counts when your working your way back down. plus I started heavy lifting at the gym agian and I'm much leaner than I was at this weight three months ago. it's about time I literally took 5 years off from lifting lol bad choice
139.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
