Very sore today. Going to take a rest day, then do Kenpo tomorrow if I'm up for it. Looking forward to seeing how my measurements do tomorrow as well. :)
145.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
