Holding steady because I keep eating poorly on the weekends :(
148.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I feel your pain, I strayed too far this past weekend. Not going to do it this weekend. Consistency is the key.
