Such a bad day yesterday... Wanted to eat all the bad things I can think of. Good thing I cleaned the fridge and pantry of anything terrible... so I saved myself. Lets hope today is a lot better!
271.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
