So I didn't even get to let everyone in on my weekend eats! As mentioned, my fiance and I always celebrate a night of good eats every 1st of the month as a way to celebrate the day I asked her if it was "offish" as a couple.

It was her turn to take me out, haha! So come Friday, I had the urge for pizza so she was going to suprise me to this local hot spot for pizza, Tivoli's. When we got to the parking lot she mentions..."I don't want to eat pizza with just vegetables...just isn't worth the money" (mind you, it's Lent so no meat on Friday). So we debated back in forth until I said, "ok fine, if you're craving salmon let's go back to the house and I'll make you salmon, broccoli, and quinoa." I then ended up making myself a Trader Joe's Veggie Pizza and ate the whole effin' thing, 1000 calorie bomb (it felt like old time's sakes!).

So there, that was the cheat meal - no more right?! Well, to make up for her last minute decision from the night before she decided to take me out to downtown Royal Oak to this place called "What Crepe?". It is this tiny romantic style french restaurant that specialize in large frickin' crepes! So I ended up with a delicious ribeye, swiss, spinach, wild mushroom with zip sauce crepe...mMmMmmMmm with a french press coffee to boot.

We then strolled along Royal Oak and hit up a specialized dessert place known as "Astoria" and bought her a blueberry rum bread pudding.

119.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mmm homemade pizza is the best! Holy cow I didn't know you could get all of that in a crepe! You guys really went all out for your "offish" anniversary--now THAT'S how you celebrate! Congrats on another month, you two :)
