shanintia's Journal, 06 July 2007

Well, actually, I am now pregnant. Only 3 weeks but at least that has slighly changed my eating habits. I am now hungry all the time. I will still eat healthy and use the concepts of fat flush. However, I will eat more calories and allow myself dairy. Which I already add a small thing of yogurt to my morning smoothie anyway.

This past week has been crazy between my daughter's first birthday party and family in town and fourth of July parties, my husband and I have been eating real badly. Lots of junk food. I did go back to kickboxing class last night so I will try to keep up with that twice a week.

Congratulations! My two youngest (of 3 total) are 22 months apart and like twins...they adore one another! Are you also a memeber of the Fat Flush Forum? I read a post recently from someone pregnant who asked about the supplements and the reply was they were great for pregnant women.

Yes! Essential fatty acids like Omega 3 thats in flax and primrose is so critical for the baby. They usually recommend fish oils rather than flax seed because flax has estrogen. I am still doing flax oil in my morning smoothie and then I will take fish oil pills.
