Oops :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.2 %

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.3 cm - meh lol

I have been a little busy and, as a result, have not been logging food and not exercising completely (not doing aerobic exercise) I will definitely resume it as soon as things normalize though. Still computer stuff. This time not an issue but hard-drive alterations and consequent configuration. This stuff consumes a lot of time for me lol... I hope everyone's doing ok! :)
127.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

I hope you figure it out soon. .7 is nothing ;-)

Thanks Calyn! :) I'm doing things carefully so I won't lose any more data lolol. When it comes to backing up and restoring your system to a different drive, things can get tricky heheh. The Windows installation is very sensitive to any hardware change it detects and, so, these system "migrations" don't go as smoothly as they should. There are usually errors and you have to use system repair etc lol. A little messier than it should be but it's under control so far heheheh

So far I was able to migrate system drives on one netbook and one laptop without incidents lol. Now to the desktop... ;) This one is going to be more complicated because of differences in software...

No clue about all that but life does get in the way of plans...

.7 is nothing to worry about, water weight can cause that. Just focus on getting back on track.

Good luck with the desktop!

I know what you mean about being busy. I have great intentions about getting a workout in and then because of everything I need to get done the exercise doesn't happen.
