I had a great birthday weekend and the sushi was amazing. Getting back on track now. I feel gross on the inside. Last week, I wanted salads, but it seems the salads had a different effect on me than I expected. Digestion has seemed to slow down to a crawl again, and the constant icky fullness in my belly is driving me to eat.
I'm done with that stupid critical thinking class that confused me more than helped and can now focus back on the gym and my next course.
