This is painful. So, so painful. I am recording the weight showing on my new scale. Is this really how much I weigh? Who knows?? Does it mean that I started out higher? Or that my old scale showed losses when there weren't any? It is discouraging to go up *2* tens. :(
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would think not- take that scale back! Are you measuring too? Are you in smaller clothes? Don't get discouraged! Is the old scale busted? "hugs"

Oh no! I'm sorry! This can happen from scale to scale. Is it a completely different kind of scale? I like to take my weight and compare it to the Dr.'s scale and I find mine is pretty accurate. In any case, don't worry about the number so much as how you feel and how your clothes fit!
