Goal #1 (180 by April 18th {start of spring break, day of surgery}) CHECK.

Any by the way, I'm not losing 7 pounds a week, which is ridiculous. I can't for the life of me figure out how this thing does math. If you average all of my losses over the course of the # of weeks I've been losing, it's not even close to 7. An actual average number of pounds per week would really be helpful. Grr.

Oh, and BF 36.3%
178.8 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
