Did NOT feel motivated to workout at all today. Was feeling down (about personal things) and it didn't help that I had gained weight again. My husband took me out to eat at a delicious Italian restaurant; And of course, I DID gorge on pasta, fried zucchini, garlic bread, and potato green chile soup.....so that REALLY didn't help. My fault, I know.....

BUT....my husband encouraged me to workout (and he worked out on the Bowflex too) because he knew I'd be disappointed in myself if I didn't; so, I managed to get some cardio in this evening. :) Not long, but it's something. And even if it wasn't long, I still sweat just as much as the hubs...if not more. lol I guessed I figured if I'm not going to workout long, I may as well push hard. :) Amazingly, my old treadmill did NOT shut-off on me. I stopped before I wanted to, though, because I was afraid it would. (I HATE that feeling of tripping and almost falling whenever it DOES stop all of a sudden!)

**EVENING WORKOUT**
1.)Treadmill: 28min. 22sec.
Distance: 1.61 miles (6.4 laps)
Incline: 3, 4.5, 6.5
Speed: 3, 3.7, 3.8
Burned:
Calories: 240
Fat Cals: 75.2
138.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Hi Emerald! I'm happy that your hubby is very supportive and encouraging! Bad days are just part of this journey and of life in general I guess. And how we choose to deal with them as they come also reflects how much we have learned and grown from the people we were before we embarked on this journey. I recently encountered a few bad days myself and I really noticed the changes in how I chose to deal with it before and now. Choose to focus on the positives no matter how bad other things get. It makes all the difference. =)
