Gotta get back to exercise program!!!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2107 kcal Fat: 92.12g | Prot: 96.30g | Carb: 209.88g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Jams and Preserves, All Natural Premium Clover Honey, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Soft & Smooth White Bread w/Whole Grain, Tortilla Corn Chips, Mayonnaise, Black Forest Ham, Muenster Cheese, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: tri tip, yellow squash, French Fries (Small). Snacks/Other: Tangerine, Clover Honey, Lime, Lemon Juice, Green Tea, rum, dry roasted peanuts. more...
