Gotta get back to exercise program!!!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2107 kcal Fat: 92.12g | Prot: 96.30g | Carb: 209.88g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Jams and Preserves, All Natural Premium Clover Honey. Lunch: Mayonnaise, Tortilla Corn Chips, Cheddar Cheese, Muenster Cheese, Black Forest Ham, Soft & Smooth White Bread w/Whole Grain. Dinner: tri tip, yellow squash, French Fries (Small). Snacks/Other: Green Tea, Clover Honey, Lemon Juice, dry roasted peanuts, rum, Lime, Tangerine. more...
