Gotta get back to exercise program!!!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2107 kcal Fat: 92.12g | Prot: 96.30g | Carb: 209.88g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), All Natural Premium Clover Honey, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Bacon, Jams and Preserves. Lunch: Tortilla Corn Chips, Mayonnaise, Muenster Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Soft & Smooth White Bread w/Whole Grain, Black Forest Ham. Dinner: French Fries (Small), yellow squash, tri tip. Snacks/Other: Lemon Juice, rum, Tangerine, Lime, dry roasted peanuts, Clover Honey, Green Tea. more...
