Gotta get back to exercise program!!!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2107 kcal Fat: 92.12g | Prot: 96.30g | Carb: 209.88g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Jams and Preserves, All Natural Premium Clover Honey. Lunch: Soft & Smooth White Bread w/Whole Grain, Black Forest Ham, Mayonnaise, Muenster Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner: tri tip, French Fries (Small), yellow squash. Snacks/Other: dry roasted peanuts, rum, Tangerine, Lime, Clover Honey, Green Tea, Lemon Juice. more...
