Well I went and gained a pound. I feel like a yoyo. Both times I've indulged in mixed nuts I've gained weight. I'm not sure if it's because they are salty, and force me to retain water or not. But I threw out the rest anyway. Only peanuts left and I don't really like them anyway. So I will be avoiding them. Making my soup for the week, and I already made my jello. Going try to make some flax crackers and prepare a mim for sometime this week.
