After celebrating a MASSIVE new low and a major milestone reached yesterday, I have regained some of it today. :/ Oh well. The main thing is that my new lowest gets lower and my new high weigh-ins gets lower too...
Starting off with a good healthy breakfast today, and then enjoying a day with la familia. Not worrying about the scale - the weight will come off. I will just stay within my calories and do good - as always.

Life is good.
255.3 lb Lost so far: 86.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
