1336 kcal Fat: 52.98g | Prot: 59.83g | Carb: 113.81g.   Breakfast: yoplait cherry yogurt, peanut butter, orowheat english muffins. Lunch: olives, 100% whole wheat bread,  hellman's mayonnaise, Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast. Dinner: coleslaw dressing, raw cabbage, cooked pintos, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Beef Brisket. Snacks/Other: Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Caramel Truffle. more...
