The good news - I can finally breathe out of my nose again! Bad news - this cold I've had is getting into my chest and agitating my throat. (BOOOOOOOO!!!)

More good news... lost another pound or so! Had to weigh myself a few times because I just didn't believe the numbers. Also just noticed I hit the green bar on my weight loss progress! Hurray!!!

Also, ordered a pair of new running shoes last night. I'm thinking of trying out the Couch to 5k in 9 weeks challenge, maybe not officially with the group starting up here, but I've never been much of a runner. Elliptical I can rock at when I'm motivated, but I really want to try to get outside a little more to enjoy the fresh air. We shall see, we shall see...
