1608 kcal Fat: 59.97g | Prot: 40.51g | Carb: 236.92g.   Breakfast: "Jiffy" Cornbread. Lunch: Amazing Bread, kraft vidalia onion dressing, walnuts, spinach lettuce mix. Dinner: carrot, celery, mushroom, onion, imperial dragon sesame oil, kikkoman soy sauce, cooked brown rice, yellow squash. Snacks/Other: Round Chips, Chrunchy Oats and Honey Bar Great Value, great value frozen corn, black beans cooked, spinach lettuce mix, nesquik, Picante Pace, unsweet almond breeze. more...
