I got sick, worjed out only once this week. Having trouble keeping my calorie intale low.
116.8 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Depending on the sickness you may not want to severely restrict calories while your body is fighting an illness. BE thoughtful and caring with your body. You need it a long time. :)
