Sundance didn't cheat's Journal, 01 April 2011

So my great progress got stopped in it's tracks a couple of weeks ago during a rugby weekend. A couple of meals out - and a Pizza Hut last weekend meant that I've been playing catch up all week to correct the damage done on the weekends.

Amazing that the weight takes weeks to come off, but can come back overnight if you fall off the wagon and have a few drinks and a feast.

Still going to the gym every day. Just depressing to see the scales going up and not down.
304.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.7 lb a week
