Sub 205! Gotta remember to keep those calories up and eat when I feel hungry and not wait too long. Last night I did a fast (for me) walk. I ended up eating a Healthy Choice meal at 9 PM because I knew I needed something with a lot of volume but I wanted to keep my net carbs for the day under 100g.
My thighs are sorer than they have been the last couple of days so I'm surprised at the weight drop a little.
Tonight I think I get to reward myself with some beer.
