It's always very very hard to control our foods when we're hungry! heheh Don't worry about it! :) The only solution for that is never to get hungry. Yep! One reading is not enough to mean anything heheh. Look at mine today for example heheh. It's just a "no" day ;) Have a great Friday and weekend too! :)

I hear you - why is chocolate so good? And nothing can quite replace it. I hope you have a great weekend!

not to worry about it... just eat what you like as long as you don't stuff yourself. make sure you are not hungry and not too full is the key point

I am happy to disagree on that The Love of Fit, it does seem as nothing can replace it but, with enough distance (time without eating it) you don't even think about it :) I have chocolate tablets on my fridge from before I quit sweets. They're still there heheheh but I don't even think about them now. I look at them and it's the same as looking at the wall of the fridge. The worst thing for me now is when the smell of some not-so-good foods hits my nose while I'm hungry heheheh. That's still the biggest "threat" for me :)

Making sure one doesn't go hungry is definitely very important to avoid going after the bad choices though, IMHO, some foods are better avoided altogether for their addictive nature :P
