If it wasn't so early I'd have a glass of Merlot to celebrate. So I guess the best I can do is give a big WOO HOOOOO! I lost 1.6 pounds from yesterdays weight and am now in the 220's !!!!!

Barely, at 229.8 but I broke the 230 barrier and now looking for the 210's. I really didn't eat much yesterday and did workout a little bit so that maybe the reason for so much lost in one day.

My energy level was really low but my motivation was pretty high for my now routine morning bike ride; 5 miles this time. Have a great day! Isn't that picture weird?
229.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yeah, the picture is really mind bending. He's looking straight at you or you see his profile. Crazy! And Thanks for that. I'm at 1.6 lost so far this week with a goal of 3.5 so I've got a good start.

Good for you on breaking the 230 barrier. It does feel great to get into a lower 10's bracket.

It does feel good to break a mini barrier. Thanks. You all are doing great as well so stay motivated and positive. Remember, once you build the muscle and get to a better body weight, your body will work more efficiently and it won't be so hard watching what you eat constantly.
