I'm writing everything down but am still very hungry a lot of the time, I need to find some snacks to fill me up more.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Healthy snacks are hard to find on the go; try and buy or make some to take with you.

I'm thinking of getting some 100 calorie snacks although I really need to find some that are lower in sugar.
