up .5 but understandable after pork tenderloin Mmmmm, potatoes and carrots last night. The tenderloin came out wonderfully. I sliced garlic cloves into slivers and pushed them in all over the pork, Then seared, seasoned it with minced garlic and bell pepper, onion, lowery's seasoning salt, salt, pepper, and some of the garlic and herb grinder I have. Then add beef stock to the pan, and 2 bay leafs. Let it cook for an hour and a half then added butter gold potatoes and whole baby carrots. Add just enough salt to season the potatoes perfectly and the meat was so tender and juicy. Mmmmm.

Walked 2 miles yesterday. Was going to walk another two later in the afternoon. but my left leg was aching a little to just walk on. Soo I just took it easy, worked on laundry and the massive task of unpacking from the last two weeks of traveling. Got in a good looooong soak in the tub too after my little girl went to sleep. Boy did I need it.

I was going to get up early this morning and go walking, but it looks like we're going to be getting thunderstorms all day. Just drizzly rainy icky weather. Good soup weather though. I would make some homemade chicken soup, but I still have chicken and pork in the fridge from yesterday...though I could freeze all the extra soup for another day...hrm. I'll see what Chris thinks about it.

Woke up with a killer headache this morning and though I got up briefly around 7:30, I went back to bed til about 10 today. Must be the last two weeks catching up to me.

My body is starting to not feel like mine again. Getting loose/jiggly in alot of places. It's a bit disconcerting. I look really good when I wear one of my shaping tank top things to hold everything still, but most of the time I don't wear it. lol. I really love being comfortable and those things just aren't. XD My tummy does seem to be getting more flat though, which is nice. I'll have to take measurements soon and new pictures.

I can also get my goal pants up over my hips now and almost buttoned. They're SUPER tight but I can get them up that far. When I started back in September I could only get the pants up to mid thigh. Another 1-2 inches from my hips and I'll be able to button them, even if I can't wear them outside. XD I'm thinking July or August maybe for them to fit properly.

Hey we are on the same food wave length! We had pork tenderloin last night too. I butterflied mine open, stuffed with garlic of course, fresh spinach and swiss cheese, rolled it back up and tied it. Seared it in pan and stuck it in 400* oven for 20 minutes....YUMMO with brussels sprouts & bacon! Damn making me hungry just thinking about it. Love the pants story, the clothes & measurements are the best gauge for telling the story. Enjoy your rain today, summer is around the corner for you. We are gonna get some more snow tomorrow, I am so tired of saying that!

lol. I was ready for some pork last night. lol. It smelled sooo good in the oven and came out pretty tender. Decided to have that for lunch today. I think next time I make it I'll butterfly it open then stuff it with a herb mixture. But the garlic clove throughout the loin was delicious, might take onion and poke spears of that into the meat too. Also ended up making green beans again for my little girl. lol Her and Chris took out the whole can between them. We've already been filling the kiddie pool for Jules outside on the days it hits 80. I'll probably hold off on buying me a bathing suit for another 1.5-2 months or so. Maybe for my Birthday in June I'll get a new one. I'm sending you lots of warm wishes. And I know you saw flowers starting to come out up there, so spring is just around the corner with no more snow and ice. I've been trying those pants on once or twice a month since September and they've slowly creeped higher and higher til they got over my hips. Can't wait til I can button, zip and wear them outside. Time to go heat up some food for lunch and get the terrible terror down for her nap. ^.^
