The weight went up a little, not bad :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.9 % - also went up a little.

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.2 cm - also went up a little.


Keeping the effort :)
126.3 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
