well I gained but it could be water weight. I can't really expect to lose a pound a day forever. Part of it was the night time snack after nine and staying up past midnight. No more of that.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
