I'm so frustrated.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

same here! I'm going to stay in control today and hope for a good week. My problem is I'm too lazy to keep my food journal, so if I work on that I know I can be successful at maintaining my weight. I hope you keep going and don't let that number get you depressed, it's important to eat healthy,stay active and be happy and the weight will come off. don't rush it..

don't give up....I got to a point where I was frustrated, and gave up. Just hang tight, and know that we are all here to stand behind each other on this journey.

Thanks guys. Its just that for the past 8 weeks I lost nothing. I know I keep sneaking food, but I write it down in my journal. I owned up to it and I see my mistakes, but I eat so well most of the time. I've been vegan for the most part. I know being lazy is a big factor, but you would think changing a diet alone would help. Im just at a loss for words right now.

Oh boy can I relate to this. Just keep telling yourself that it's not about losing the weight, it is about a lifestyle change. (okay maybe a little about the weight loss) but a better and healthier lifestyle is the goal. Things are going to suck from time to time, but you have to push yourself through it, and just know that you are NOT ALONE in this journey. I am going to tell you a secret on how to move forward and not be so frustrated. Write in your journal as often as you can, and let out what you have building up inside. The people I have met on here are the best you could ever ask for, we can relate, understand, and know what you are going through. Trust me, they have come through for me more times than I can count. You can do this !!!!!!!!

Hi Vickiauntmick, I agree with SherriC. Also change something...... have a small amount of protien for breakfast and try to reduce your fruit intake for a week, this should shake your system again. Have you plateaued? Sometimes that happens! I hope this helps a bit. We are here if you need us! You can do it! ☆☆☆
