Yesterday went fairly well until dinner time. We went to Pizza Hut for dinner which is never good, well not when you eat one piece of pizza and three bread-sticks. I did have a salad with it, LOL. I didn't have any exercise to speak of I didn't even make it to the church.

If I have enough money left after getting feed, hay and a few groceries for our cookout this weekend, I am getting my hair cut today and taking poor Chelsea in to get hers trimmed up.

OK back to the diet front. I will have a bowl of oatmeal this morning for breakfast. I am planning on chicken strips for lunch again. I will probably heat up the witch's brew again for supper.

I have to get the church clean today which will probably take me a whole two hours to get it done because I can't walk as fast. I am getting my hair cut today if I have enough cash left over after getting feed and hay and the few groceries needed for the cookout this weekend. I may take the kids swimming if we have enough time after getting everything else taken care of today.

I am excited I am starting to see a loss again slowly but surely. I have lost .2 pounds everyday for a couple days now, I keep that up and it will equal a pound shortly. I have already lost 1.4 pounds since coming home Sunday. I only have 2.6 to get back under 160. If I can keep this up it will take a little less than 2 weeks to get there. YEAH! I AM BACK IN THE ORANGE FINALLY OUT OF THE RED AGAIN!
161.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
