I feel like I dodged a bullet. Hiked 14 miles but went out drinking last night. I did walk everywhere so that probably helped. I'll take being at the same weight I was Saturday morning.

You remember I dropped a pound last weekend doing just that? Except I had ZERO exercise. 800 calories + beer = my idea of a weight loss strategy. :)

I could do it once in a while...it does keep me from drinking as much as I might, that's for sure.
