very excited about doing exercise on my own this morning after physical therapy. Going to try to do aerobics, abs and PT training daily.

Sculpting on alternate days. We'll see how it goes.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
