Ditched the matol diet as it was too expensive and hard to follow with other people in the house. I work out 5 days a week and eat healthy monday through friday and then have "fat free" weekends where i can have some wine and treats so i don't get too deprived and it's finally paying off!! I've lost 40 lbs this year and feel FANTASTIC
129.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
