.4 pounds lost which puts me at 2.2 lost this week. I have a date tonight...ugh...She's a big white wine person and I really want to hit my goal of being in the 220's by Monday. ADVICE!!!!!!! Lol.

I know I'm having some drinks but Maybe some vodka with ???? Something low cal. Good thing is...I did an extra mile on my morning bike ride and am adding and evening ride beginning a few days ago. The picture you see is from my bike ride last evening.

Great picture. Is cranberry low calorie?? Hell just have a great time and enjoy yourself. It is all about living right, so go out and live a little !!! Have fun

Wow, you're doing great with the weight loss and double bike rides! Vodka is definitely best if you're watching your calories. Could you mix diet soda with it? If you're dining at home and have any of those calorie-free drink mixes - the single serving kind - you could use one of those, with some water too possibly. I'm not sure, because I don't drink, lol.
