Wrapped up the month by losing .2 more lbs. to finish April at 211.8. Lost another pound of body fat, however, and that's what we are going for. Was HUNGRY when it was time for each meal today and that told me that I truly was back from my Easter indulgence. In reading today, it seems that if I ride the razor's edge of my body's ability to metabolize fat each day (30 calories per day per pound of body fat), I should be able to get to about 26 lbs. of body fat by June 1 and 20 lbs. of body fat by July 1. It would be cool to hit my body fat target one year after hitting my initial 100 lb. weight loss (July 4). Should be able to eat 1200 calories on non-workout days and 2000 calories or even more on workout days, and still be able to hit the maximum fat metabolization per day. So, we had our April showers. Let's get ready for those May flowers!

211.8 lb Lost so far: 113.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
