I have not been good since last Thursday. I've been eating a lot of junk and it needs to stop. I don't know why, but it's just been there so I've eaten it. I think part of it is because my hubby has been gone, so it's been a little more stressful having to make sure the kids are where they need to be, his grandma being in the hospital, and just doing everything on my own. Time for a change and it begins now. Luckily my hubby comes home tonight.

I did get my workouts in over the weekend, so that was good. Yesterday I wasn't feeling well, so no workout, but today I should be able to get one done after work. No running until probably Friday though because it's going to be cold and rainy, not to mention windy. My DVD's will get me through until then.

Babysitting my niece on Friday was great. They only needed me for a couple of hours, but it was nice to get to cuddle her. And I found out last week that my BIL and SIL are having a baby in October. So exciting! All these babies coming into the family. This is their first, so they are really excited. It's so fun to watch all these kids grow up. :)

I've got a headache today, and actually stayed home from work yesterday because of it. I'm not feeling super motivated today, but I've got to just suck it up and move forward. I'll feel much better if I can make healthy choices.

Oh my goodness, I feel ya! I have been eating so much lately...I just havent stopped. Usually adding it in makes me stop...not this week. UGH! I am going to be positive and move forward!

I stress eat too. I have no real advice except try not to keep junk food in the house. That's about all that works for me. Hope you feel better!

We all have those days when we either purchase things we shouldn't, or break out the pantry stash. Glad your hubby will be back soon, but sorry about the headache. I've had one for two days too. Drinking more water in hopes it was dehyrdration.

I'm in exactly the same boat, I've been keeping up with my exercise. I even kicked crazy ass in the gym yesterday, but then the stress slams into me and I keep letting it get the best of me. I hope you're off to a better start this morning, we can do this!
