So, I think I am going to try weighing myself everyday. This might help keep me focused and honest with myself. and I am down by a pounds from yesterday's weigh in... which means yesterdays 169 mighta been some extra water. Who knows. Woooo!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 June 2009:
1304 kcal Fat: 32.93g | Prot: 157.10g | Carb: 101.65g.   Breakfast: american cheese, whole wheat bread, egg, egg whites, jasmine green tea. Lunch: mushroom, red pepper, tuna , spinach, lettuce, vinegar, baby carrots. Dinner: loco salad, Grilled Chicken Breast, Skinless, mozzarella cheese. Snacks/Other: Wasa Cracker, turkey pastrami, cottage cheese. more...

I do daily as well ... but ... please be careful that you don't start to get overly focused on the daily fluctuations and start exercising excessively or too restrictive with your calories ... or tempted to binge/purge!!!

ugh, i know carol! thank you for looking out for me <3 But come to think of it, I dont remember the last time I made myself sick. Binging is another story, but at least i eliminated 'half' of the binge/purge problem, right? haha!

That is FANTATISTIC!!!!! Good for you!!! The purging is the worse part so that is great. Define a binge. Sometimes a binge isn't really a binge ... I think we need to consider things like why we are eating, what we are eating ... sometimes volume just feels good!!! Other times volume is not so good. I'm so proud of you!!! Keep it up!!!
