yay! finally it dropped down slightly! glad to see the arrows going back in the right direction.

last night I went slightly over board and ate both the quest chocolate peanut butter cups. thinking to try to make a home made version minus the fake sugars. that might be my next kitchen project :-)
135.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
