I dont know how Im going to follow any diet this week. I have a lot of work and part of that work is attending some dinner parties with my boss and a group of special guests. They keep asking me to have lunch or breakfast with them and they take their meals very serious! Last nigth I went to the first dinner party and all they have for drinks were alcoholic of sodas (full of sugar!!!!!!) I asked for water and they had to send someone to buy a few bottles at the hotel!

Then... the foooooooood!!!!!!!!! OMG! everything looked delicious... but full of carbs!!!! I had a couple of peanuts... and manage to skip all the other platters! The main dish was a seafood pasta... mmmm really good!... and yep... I eat it! it was a small portion but I felt so guilty to put pasta in my mouth!

Im going to try my hardest this week to eat healthy and control my portions but I know its is going to be very hard to follow a particular diet at all. It is just a week... Im still doing 1 hour exercise every morning... it shouldnt be so bad! and from sunday on I will start on the induction phase again to get to the great ketosis!!!!!
143.7 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All you can do is make the best choices you possibly can. Take small portions of the foods that you want the most and hardly ever get to eat. Get in some exercise if possible. Good luck!
