Yes! Another day with a new lowest weigh-in! I have now lost 38.3 kgs, and still going! I suppose my stall period is over for now. At least I hope it is...
Have a great weekend everyone! Life is GOOD!
257.3 lb Lost so far: 84.4 lb.    Still to go: 69.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
