Yesteray was... I felt like crap. all day. so i stayedin bed, and didn't eat a lot. until i did. lol. I idn't work out. yuck. anyway, today wasn't much better. I don't know. I want to work out, but I am just sotired.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
