Reduced RDI to 1200 calories. Still workout 5 days a week at moderate rate for 1 hour. Cardio MWF and weights Tues and Thurs.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1162 kcal Fat: 51.89g | Prot: 29.17g | Carb: 127.82g.   Breakfast: luna toasted nuts and cranberry bar, redi whip, coffee, Vinaigrette Dressing, Truvia, fat free half and half. Lunch: green apple,  candied walnuts, spinach,  squash, fennel. Dinner: Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, tostitos blue corn chips, fat free refried beans, lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatos, sour cream. more...
