Reduced RDI to 1200 calories. Still workout 5 days a week at moderate rate for 1 hour. Cardio MWF and weights Tues and Thurs.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1162 kcal Fat: 51.89g | Prot: 29.17g | Carb: 127.82g.   Breakfast: fat free half and half, Truvia, Vinaigrette Dressing, coffee, redi whip, luna toasted nuts and cranberry bar. Lunch: fennel,  squash, green apple,  candied walnuts, spinach. Dinner: tostitos blue corn chips, sour cream, cherry tomatos, avocado, lettuce, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, fat free refried beans. more...
1824 kcal Activities & Exercise: Exercise machine (moderate) - 40 minutes, Driving - 1 hour, Resting - 14 hours and 20 minutes, Sleeping - 8 hours. more...
